About Me
Cassandra began her recruiting and staffing career in early 2009 with Whitaker Technical where she served as Research and Production Assistant to the Division’s Vice President. She was promoted to Marketing Coordinator in 2012 and has since worked her way up to Director of Marketing and Technology where she is responsible for the strategic planning, design, and implementation of marketing communications strategy, and also manages the research and selection of technology equipment and applications.
Prior to joining Whitaker Technical, Cassandra enjoyed a successful teaching career. Additionally, she had previous experience in an operations capacity, responsible for staffing, personnel management, departmental development, policies development, and design applications for an independent baseball team. This unique background has given Cassandra the foundation for a successful career in the staffing industry by allowing her to apply her strong interpersonal and communication skills toward understanding and fulfilling the needs of both her candidates and clients.
Cassandra graduated Magna cum Laude from Texas A&M University-Corpus Christi with a bachelor’s degree in Business Administration and also has a master’s degree in Secondary Education. She received her CPC (Certified Personnel Consultant) in April 2010, earned Admin of the Year for the Whitaker Companies in 2013 and 2019, and was the 2015 recipient of the Whitaker Way Award in recognition of her dedication and outstanding service to the organization.
