To avoid hiring mistakes, managers have their own philosophies and IT hiring practices, but how can one ensure the best team is being built with the best people? It starts with defining principles and characteristics of employees and leaders that can help achieve organizational objectives and maintain company culture, and is supported by being patient to find the right person as to not unbalance your team and as a manager, owning the responsibility for finding great talent.
